The health and safety of our fans, performers and employees is of the utmost importance to us. We will be requiring all attendees to provide proof of vaccination or a negative Covid test taken within 72 hours of the event. In accordance with the August 16, 2021 County of Los Angeles Department of Public Health Order of the Health Officer, attendees must wear face masks at all times, except when actively eating and drinking.
Our Health & Safety policy has been updated in consideration for our fans, artists and event workers based on our ever-developing circumstances. The vaccination/negative test policy will be implemented as an open-ended one, with any changes or reversals informed by updates relating to infection rates, transmission data, variant developments, and local and federal regulations.
Acceptable documentation as proof of vaccination required for entry include:
Please make sure the proofs include FRONT and BACK of the card. All details must be legible. You MUST bring a government issued photo ID that matches the details indicated on the proof.
We require that all guests presenting proof of vaccination for entry be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. The last day to receive the second shot of Moderna or Pfizer, or a single dose of Johnson & Johnson is:
We will accept: a negative COVID-19 test result (molecular, PCR or antigen) that was administered by an official testing center. Test must be taken no more than 72 hours prior to entry. Home testing kit results will not be accepted for entry. Test results must display name, result, and timestamp in order to be accepted. Name on the test result much match the Government issued ID of the attendee to gain entry.
Yes, as long as you are considered fully vaccinated and provide a valid form of proof required for the entry.
The test must be taken no earlier than 72 hours (3 days) prior to your entry into the festival grounds. Testing must be done in advance / off site in order to meet the entry requirements.
The first thing you should do is call the place where you got your vaccine, such as CVS, your health care provider or the county health department. They should be able to get a new copy for you. If you got two doses at two different places, try the location of your second vaccine first — they might be able to get your information for both doses. It might be helpful if you can remember the days when you got your shots, and have identification ready.
You can also request your record through the state health department — they can get you a copy of your entire immunization record, which should include the COVID-19 vaccine. You can reach the immunization branch of California’s health department at 800-578-7889, CAIRHelpdesk@cdph.ca.gov or on the immunization webpage.
A negative COVID-19 test result (molecular, PCR or antigen) that was administered by an official testing center will also work in place of proof of vaccination. Test results must be dated no more than 72 hours prior to entry. Home testing kit results will not be accepted for entry.
